Linus Drogs is a nationally respected casting professional with over twenty five years of experience in the field. He founded Au Enterprises in 1987 and has built it into a leading short-run full-service casting provider.

Linus is frequently called upon to lecture and lead workshops on a variety of challenging industry topics as well as to write and contribute to technical articles for jewelry trade magazines. He has participated in The Santa Fe Symposium for seventeen consecutive years, including several speaking engagements and the honor of being named an Ambassador for the event. In 2009, Linus was inducted into the Southeastern 24 Karat Club.

Richard Frederick has a history in the jewelry industry beginning in 1975 at Fendt Finding Company. After serving Fendt as National Sales and Marketing Manager, he left the company in 1983 and co-founded a new enterprise, Keystone Findings, Inc., specializing in die-struck findings for the precious metal jewelry industry. Keystone excelled at producing and delivering high quality products to accounts both nationally and internationally.

As President and CEO of Keystone, Mr. Frederick sold the company in 2009 to pursue other interests. During his tenure at Keystone, he was a member of the JVC, JIC, JSA, JBT, Golden Circle and the MJSA, serving on the Board of Directors of the MJSA. He was a member of the 24 Karat Club of NYC and he is currently an active member of that organization.

A familiar face to the industry, Mr. Frederick will provide his experience and knowledge of the manufacturing community to American Jewelry Components, LLC, delivering high quality, American made products to qualified manufacturers worldwide.
